Some things to remember before a Chemical Peel:
- You should not have taken Acutane within the past 12 months.
- Do not use glycolic for 24 hours.
- Do not use retinol products for 72 hours.
- Do not use Retin-A products 5 days prior to the chemical peel or 5 days after.
- Do not wax the area being treated 7 days prior or 7 days after the chemical peel.
- You’ll want to avoid direct sun exposure for 2 weeks after.
