Meet Dr. Mendy Terrell, Medical Director and Cosmetic Surgeon
Dr. Mendy Terrell is the co-founder and medical director of Terrell Clinic | Cosmetic Surgery, Aesthetics & Lifestyle Medicine in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A board-certified physician with more than 15 years of experience, Dr. Terrell is licensed by the Oklahoma Medical Board and a proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma Family and Preventive Medicine Residency Program.
A native Oklahoman, Dr. Terrell has practiced medicine in Oklahoma City since 2007. Upon completing her residency, she pursued extensive, specialized training in cosmetic and aesthetic medicine — completing advanced certifications in Tumescent Liposuction, Fat & Stem Cell Grafting, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy, Non-Invasive Body Contouring, and Laser Lipolysis. Her training included elite programs such as: Awake Liposuction and Laser Lipolysis – Dallas, TX; Integrated Liposculpture & Abdominoplasty – West Palm Beach, FL; Advanced Liposuction & Fat Transfer – Las Vegas, NV. Dr. Terrell is an active member of several respected professional organizations, including the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Academy of Family Medicine, and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

Dr. Terrell founded Terrell Clinic in June 2011 with a vision to provide patients with a discreet, spa-like environment where the highest level of medical precision meets personalized, compassionate care. Located in the beautiful Gaillardia Corporate Place, the clinic offers a serene, private setting designed to help patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.
Her professionalism, meticulous technique, and artistic eye have earned her a reputation for delivering natural, balanced, and transformative results. Dr. Terrell is passionate about helping each patient look and feel their very best — at any age.
Beyond the Clinic
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Terrell is a devoted wife and mother who enjoys spending time outdoors — hiking, kayaking, and traveling with her husband and family. She is a lifelong learner who stays current on the latest research in aesthetic medicine, wellness, weight management, nutrition, and cosmetic procedures. Dr. Terrell and her husband also share a passion for global outreach and have used their medical expertise to serve others on international mission trips.
